How is the inheritance divided among: two sons, a daughter, a wife, and two full sisters?

If the heirs are limited to the wife, two sons, a daughter, and two full sisters, then the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The remainder goes to the two sons and the daughter by ta'sib (agnatic succession), with the male receiving the share of two females. The two full sisters are excluded by the lineal descendant. Thus, the estate is divided into 40 shares: the wife receives 5 shares, each son receives 14 shares, and the daughter receives 7 shares. It is advisable to consult Sharia courts regarding inheritance matters.
