Is it permissible to leave the parents' home due to the abundance of Sharia violations within it, while fearing their displeasure and the cutting off of ties of kinship? And is it permissible to disobey them regarding marrying a religious girl whom they reject because they desire another with a higher social and cultural standing, along with the obligation to accompany them with kindness?

We advise you to stay home and be dutiful and good to your parents. You should also advise your parents with gentleness and compassion, and avoid forbidden things as much as possible. If staying home is inseparable from forbidden acts, or if you fear falling into what Allah has prohibited, then you must leave the house. Regarding your family's refusal of your marriage, if it is for a valid reason, we advise you to obey them. However, if the reason is her religiosity or poverty, then you are not obliged to obey them.
