Is it permissible for a Muslim girl who holds French citizenship to complete her studies in France with her older brother?

Residing and studying in a land of disbelief entails many harms and dangers. Among them are the difficulty of performing religious rituals, exposure to temptations, and forbidden mixing that may lead to falling into what Allah has prohibited, especially for those who do not possess strong faith and religious knowledge. A Muslim woman should seek to study in a Muslim country where these dangers are absent. If she cannot find such a place, and there is an urgent need to study in a land of disbelief with assurance of safety from temptation, then there is no objection, provided she adheres to Islamic manners and limits her presence to the extent of her need.
