Is the insertion of the penis into the vagina of a non-mahram woman using a condom considered zina (adultery/fornication) for which the prescribed punishment (hadd) is applied, or is it considered zina of the limbs?

Whoever commits zina (fornication/adultery) and Allah has concealed his sin, should remain concealed by Allah's concealment and repent to Him. Zina is a heinous transgression and one of the gravest major sins. Allah Almighty says: ﴿And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way.﴾ (17:32), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: «No adulterer commits adultery while he is a believer.»
