How is a will executed for distributing a specific sum of money as charity to the poor, written more than thirty years ago, taking into consideration the significant decrease in the purchasing power of this amount?

The will for money is executed with the specified number (fifty thousand Lira), regardless of the current devaluation of the currency, as long as the currency is still in use. The same mentioned amount is to be given out, provided it does not exceed one-third of the estate at the time of the testator's death. It should be disbursed to the poor according to the will. If it exceeds one-third, only one-third of it should be given out, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "A third, and a third is much. Indeed, to leave your heirs wealthy is better than to leave them poor, begging from people."
