What is the ruling on fasting the days of make-up (qada') before the days of expiation (kaffara), due to ignorance of the obligation to give precedence to the expiation, and must the make-up be repeated?

As long as your father paid the expiation on your behalf to the trustworthy charity that distributes it to those who are entitled to it, your obligation has been fulfilled. Your intention to repeat the fasting after that is a form of waswasah (whispers from Satan), so beware of it and do not succumb to it.
