The answer

If a fasting person breaks their fast due to a headache that makes it unbearable to continue the obligatory fast, there is no blame upon them, nor sin, nor expiation. They must make up that day whenever they are able, for Allah the Almighty says: (But whoever among you is ill or on a journey [should fast] a number of other days).
