What is the transparent fluid that comes out after prayer, is it sweat from the male organ or something else, and what is its ruling regarding nullifying ablution and prayer?

The emission of fluid from the two passages invalidates ablution (wudu) and prayer (salat), such as pre-seminal fluid (madhy) that is discharged after lustful thoughts. It may be discharged intermittently after the penis relaxes. We have previously clarified the difference between it and seminal fluid (mani) and post-urination fluid (wady) in previous fatwas.
