What is discharged due to habit may be (pre-seminal fluid), which is impure and necessitates washing the penis and whatever it touched on the body and clothes, along with ablution (wudu'). It may also be maniy (semen), which is pure according to the more preponderant opinion, but it necessitates washing the entire body (). Prayer with clothes that have been touched by maniy is valid. However, if what touched the clothes was madhy and the worshipper was unaware of it, then his prayer is valid. But if you prayed with impure clothes, knowing their impurity, then you must re-pray what you have prayed. Likewise, you must re-pray what you prayed while in a state of ritual impurity (), and you should re-pray what you believe most likely clears your responsibility if you do not know the exact number with certainty. Sincere repentance ( nasuh) removes the sin.
