What is the meaning of the Kurdish name "Rojin," which means "sun of life" in Arabic, and what is the ruling on naming a Muslim girl with it?

There is no harm in being named "Rojina" if its meaning is known and it does not contradict religion and morals. Nevertheless, it is preferable to use Arabic names, especially the names of the female companions (Sahabiyat). The name "Rojina" does not exist in its exact form in Arabic, but "rawj" is part of it and means speed and haste, or hypocrisy and mixing. It has been said that its origin is foreign to Arabic.
