What should one do who stole religious books and tapes from his deceased grandmother without her knowledge, the value of which is estimated at 20 or 25 Libyan dinars?

Allah has forbidden people's wealth, and in this, the near and the far are equal, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, your blood, your wealth, and your honor are sacred to you." You must repent and return the books or their value to the grandmother's heirs if possible. Otherwise, their value should be given as charity, and Allah's forgiveness should be sought.
