There is no harm in naming a girl Jumana, as there is no impediment preventing it. Jumana is the name of one of Abu Talib's daughters, and she was mentioned by Ibn Hajar in "Al-Isaba fi Tamyiz Al-Sahaba" and by Ibn Sa'd in "Al-Tabaqat Al-Kubra."
