What is the ruling concerning my Hajj, and what is incumbent upon me after I left the stay in Mina and did not stone the Jamarat myself for two days (with a proxy due to an excuse)? And is the fidyah that was sacrificed for leaving the stay sufficient, and when is its time for sacrifice? And is it sufficient to bring to mind the intention of Farewell with the Tawaf al-Ifadah instead of the Farewell Tawaf?
Whoever intended to abandon some of the obligatory rites of Hajj must repent to Allah. He is obligated to offer a Hady (sacrificial animal) for abandoning the stay in Mina for three nights without a valid excuse, and a Hady also for appointing someone else to perform the stoning without a legitimate Shariah excuse, and a Hady for the Farewell Tawaf if it was performed before completing the rites. The time for slaughtering the Hady for abandoning the stay in Mina is after the three nights of staying in Mina have passed. If one slaughters the Hady before its cause occurs without a valid excuse, it is not sufficient.
