Do the hours of response, Friday, and the Du’a of al-Ta’arr fall under the three circumstances for the acceptance of supplication, or does God grant the supplicant exactly what he asks for at these times?

The acceptance of supplication is conditioned upon the absence of impediments. The supplicant is granted exactly what he asks for during times of acceptance if the conditions for supplication are met and its impediments are absent. Times of acceptance include the last third of the night, between the adhan and the iqamah, after the prescribed prayers, and on Friday, there is an hour when no Muslim supplicates to Allah for good but he is granted it, and when rain falls, and when encountering enemies. The latter part of the night is best for supplication and seeking forgiveness, and supplication during it is answered unless there is a defect in it. The hadith "Whoever awakes at night" indicates the acceptance of supplication, and "he will be answered" means one of three outcomes: either his supplication is granted immediately, or it is stored for him in the Hereafter, or an equivalent amount of evil is averted from him.
