What should I do with someone I know who always comes to my house, sits with me, and goes out with me, but is negligent in prayer and often does not pray, and I do not see him in the mosque? I always advise him, but he does not respond, and sometimes he takes my advice to him with jest and indifference. Should I cut off my relationship with him and not let him into my house, or should I continue to advise him, hoping that Allah may guide him?

You must continue to advise your friend; perhaps Allah will guide him through you. If the advice is not beneficial, then forsake him as a disciplinary measure. If that is also not beneficial, then distance yourself from his companionship and sitting with him, due to the dangers and harms to one's religion that result from associating with a bad companion.
