Is the husband entitled to demand that the apartment they live in be registered in his name, knowing that his wife bought it with her own money?

It is not permissible for the wife to work and leave the house without her husband's permission. If the husband agrees to her work, the work must adhere to Shariah guidelines. It is permissible for the husband to stipulate that his wife give him a portion of her salary in exchange for allowing her to work. The wife's salary is her private right, unless she willingly gives some of it. The husband has no right to demand that any of her property be registered in his name.

If the husband accompanies his wife for her work outside the country, it should be considered whether he stipulated compensation or not. If they agreed upon compensation, he is entitled to what they agreed upon. If they did not agree, he is entitled to the customary wage (ajr al-mithl). If he accompanied her voluntarily, he is not entitled to anything.
