Is it permissible to rectify a false oath by going and speaking with the person whom you falsely swore not to speak with?

Lying does not transform into truth by scolding or rebuking a man. Rather, a false oath is remedied by sincere repentance, a firm resolve not to return to the sin, and regret for the transgression. Speaking with the man and holding him accountable depends on the benefit; if the benefit outweighs, then he should be rebuked, advised, and informed of the impermissibility of deception. If the harm outweighs, then there is no sin in refraining from rebuking him. Euphemisms can be used to avoid lying. Swearing by Allah and by the Qur'an is permissible if what is sworn upon is true. Supplicating against oneself, such as "May Allah not allow you to see the morning," is prohibited. Scholars differ on the necessity of expiation for a false oath (al-yamin al-ghamūs); the majority view is that it is not obligatory, but offering it as a precaution is good.
