What is the ruling on a university professor deliberately exposing female students’ 'awrah (private parts) in front of male students, and is it permissible for students to remain silent about this matter, especially since the subject material does not necessitate it?

The college administration, its teachers, and its students must denounce and change evil, as it is an Islamic obligation. It is forbidden for female students to expose their awrah (private parts) in front of any non-mahram man. They must refuse to carry out any teacher's order to expose their awrah and should report the matter to the administration.
