What is the ruling on receiving calls from female friends who use their work phones to call my private mobile?

If the number the colleague is calling from is a work number and she is not authorized to call from it, then you should not answer her, because that would be assisting in sin. You must advise her that this is not permissible, and that it is not permissible to receive her calls unless it is for work matters or with permission from the employer.
