Do mathy and wadhy have the same reproductive properties as mani?

A child is only conceived from semen (mani), as Allah Almighty says: ﴿Was he not a drop of sperm emitted?﴾ (Qur’an 75:37). It is not conceived from pre-seminal fluid (madhy) or prostatic fluid (wady). Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah mentioned that it is semen (mani) from which a child is created, unlike pre-seminal fluid (madhy). Abd al-Razzaq narrated from Qatadah and Ikrimah that semen (mani) is "the gushing water that accompanies arousal, and from it a child is conceived," whereas pre-seminal fluid (madhy) is discharged during foreplay, and prostatic fluid (wady) is discharged with and after urination.
