Do governmental compensation amounts for the wife and children fall under the legal inheritance, and does the mother inherit from her deceased son, and what is her share?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, and the deceased left no one else, then the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The remainder is divided between the son and the daughter by way of ta’sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The full siblings (brothers and sisters) receive nothing because they are completely excluded by the male lineal descendant (the son). Cases of inheritance must be referred to the Sharia courts for review, as there may be other heirs, bequests, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
