Is a triple, instantaneous divorce pronounced by the husband over the phone valid, and does engaging in sexual intimacy afterward invalidate this divorce?

If a man says to his wife: "You are triply divorced" or "Divorced, divorced, divorced," only one divorce takes effect, according to the most preponderant opinion. The intention to divorce is not a condition when explicit wording is used.

Owning dogs is forbidden except for hunting or guarding livestock, crops, and homes. The dog must be kept outside the house, due to the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "The angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a picture." The wife has the right to refuse to live in a house that contains a dog, and her husband must provide alternative housing.

Abandoning prayer out of laziness is an act of disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam, according to the soundest opinion. If the husband abandons prayer, his wife becomes unlawful to him, because it is not permissible for a Muslim woman to be married to a disbeliever. The wife must invite him to pray and abstain from him until he prays. If he repents and prays, then praise be to Allah. But if he persists in abandoning it until her waiting period (iddah) expires, the marriage is annulled. This problem must be addressed with advice, clarification, warning, abstention, and the mediation of righteous people.
