Is it permissible for a girl to conceal from her family the results of her fiancé's medical tests, which proved his inability to procreate, out of a desire to complete the marriage and seek treatment?

A woman is not obliged to inform her family that her suitor is infertile, and there is no sin upon her for concealing this. Infertility is not considered among the defects that must be disclosed according to the majority of scholars. However, Imam Ahmad recommended that an infertile man should inform the woman so that she is aware, because she has the right to know this, lest he deceive her.
