Is it permissible to use skin moisturizers that contain urea or uric acid?

If the moisturizers contain urine, it is not permissible to use them for prayer until they are removed. As for outside of prayer, it is better to avoid them, but it is permissible to use them on the surface of the body because they are considered impure, and it is permissible to benefit from something impure outside of prayer, eating, and drinking, as stated in Maliki jurisprudence.
