What is the intended benefit of a woman's emotions, apart from her compassion and tenderness towards her children?

Emotions and feelings are a fundamental part of Allah's blessing upon humanity. They give life meaning and help with joy, sorrow, mercy, and even necessary anger when Allah's prohibitions are violated. Emotions color life and provide us with information about ourselves; they are essential for survival, enabling us to distinguish between what is safe and dangerous. These feelings are a tool for us to have mercy on ourselves and to manage ourselves emotionally, mentally, and behaviorally, bringing us closer to Allah. Without them, we cannot love Allah, thank Him, be angry when His boundaries are transgressed, or show mercy to creation. Allah created the female with tender emotions to be the balance of affection that complements the man's intellect, and for him to find comfort and companionship in her. The emotions of the female are part of her constitution that qualifies her to be a source of gentleness and companionship in life, and they manifest branches of faith within her.
