Is it possible to send a book that discusses the excuse of ignorance?

We do not know of a specialized book on this issue, but it has been discussed by Shaykh al-Islam, al-Suyuti, Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen, al-Qarafi in "Al-Furuq," and al-Dasuqi in his commentary on "Al-Sharh al-Kabir."
