There is insufficient knowledge about linalool alcohol, and specialists can be consulted. If the alcohol is an intoxicant, then it is (wine/intoxicant), because every intoxicant is Khamr. However, if there is doubt about its intoxicating nature, the default assumption is non-intoxication and purity. Not all alcohol is intoxicating; the meaning of "alcohol" among specialists is: a compound containing a hydroxyl group (OH). It is permissible to act upon a less preferred opinion out of necessity, but it is more cautious to avoid alcohols if their percentage is high, unless there is a need. It is permissible to pray on a prayer rug or anywhere in the house, as long as it is not known to be impure.
