Does divorce take place by saying "You are divorced" with the intention of testing the wife and not the intention of divorce, especially if that was during a state of severe argument and anger?

If a man says to his wife: "You are divorced," her divorce takes effect, whether he intended it or not; because this wording is explicit in divorce. The occurrence of divorce is not prevented by the fact that the wording was uttered during an argument or severe anger, as long as the speaker is aware of what he is saying and not overcome by his intellect. If the divorce is not a completion of three divorces, then the husband may reconcile with his wife before the expiration of her waiting period (iddah).
