If a man says to his wife: "You are divorced," her divorce takes effect, whether he intended it or not; because this wording is explicit in divorce. The occurrence of divorce is not prevented by the fact that the wording was uttered during an argument or severe anger, as long as the speaker is aware of what he is saying and not overcome by his intellect.
