What is the ruling for one who experiences urine drops after urinating? And must he change his inner and outer garments? Is it necessary to place a barrier such as gauze? Do the places he sits on become ritually impure because of these clothes, and how are they purified? What is the ruling on his abandoning istinja' due to water قطع? And is it permissible for him to attend congregational prayer in the mosque? What is the ruling on his prayer at work if changing his clothes or performing ghusl is difficult for him?

It is preferable to designate a garment specifically for prayer. When urination ceases, one should clean oneself and change clothes. A small amount of impurity does not usually transfer to the ground or carpet, and impurity is not determined merely by doubt. If you are outside the home and it is difficult to carry special clothes for prayer, use tissues to prevent urine from reaching your clothes, then remove them, clean yourself, and perform ablution. Beware of the obsessive doubts that you seem to be afflicted with, and treat them by frequently remembering Allah, obeying Him, and not paying attention to them.
