Is it permissible for a woman to take a usurious loan from a bank to establish a project, despite her knowledge of its prohibition, and her arguing with her husband that everyone deals with usurious loans and that her salary goes into a bank that deals with usury, and does a person's committing a sin justify committing various types of disobedience?

Usury is one of the gravest sins, and Allah has threatened war against those who consume it. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes it, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses. Therefore, it is obligatory to avoid it in all its forms. It is not permissible to engage in it, no matter what the prevailing custom may be. If someone borrowed with usury and consumed the loan, the prohibition relates to their responsibility, and they must repent. They are permitted to benefit from what they have consumed. It is obligatory to avoid usury and to be keen on what is lawful, and to seek Allah's help in obtaining sustenance, for whoever abandons something for Allah's sake, Allah will compensate him with something better.
