What is the ruling on money earned from working in cigarette sales, and is it permissible for a girl to accept a dowry, furnishings, or clothes from this money?

If all of this man's money comes from forbidden work (selling cigarettes), then it is not permissible for you to accept it as a dowry or anything else, because it is usurped money or taken without right. The one who earned it must dispose of it by spending it on good causes. However, if his money is mixed (from both lawful and unlawful sources), then there is no objection to accepting it as a dowry or for maintenance.
