What is the ruling on working in a currency exchange company that deals with banks and the Israeli Shekel currency?

Working in currency exchange companies is permissible, provided they adhere to Sharia guidelines, including immediate equivalence and simultaneous exchange when the currency type is the same, and immediate exchange when they differ. If the company deals with banks in permissible transactions, there is no issue. However, if the transactions are forbidden, it is permissible to work there if it does not involve aiding in the forbidden act, and impermissible if it does. As for dealing with the Israeli Shekel, there is no harm in it, as it is established that the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his companions dealt with Jews. However, forbidden contracts must be avoided, and one should not deal with them in ways that strengthen them to aggress against Muslims.
