What is the ruling on working in a branch that adheres to Sharia guidelines for an exchange company that has other branches which do not adhere to them?

It is a condition for the permissibility of working in exchange companies that they adhere to Sharia guidelines and are free from prohibitions. If the bank or financial institution does not deal with usury, neither taking nor giving, then working there is permissible; otherwise, it is not. As for working in a branch that adheres to Sharia guidelines, for a company that does not adhere to them, it is permissible if the work of that branch is independent from the rest of the non-compliant branches.
