Is it permissible to award a tender to a company owned by a relative in exchange for a percentage of its profits without the knowledge of the parent company?

It is not permissible for an employee responsible for tenders to take money from companies, whether little or much. This is because it falls under the category of forbidden gifts to workers, which are a form of bribery intended to influence their decision. Al-Bukhari and Muslim narrated that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "What is wrong with a worker whom we send, and then he comes and says: 'This is for you and this is for me'? Why did he not sit in the house of his father and mother and see whether he would be given a gift or not?" This gift is given to him because of his work and position. Taking bribes in tenders leads to moral corruption and the loss of trustworthiness. The employee will be questioned about this trust on the Day of Resurrection.
