Bribery and Corruption

• Is this Hadith authentic or not: "There will come a time upon my Ummah when prayers are neglected, buildings are glorified, oaths and curses abound, bribery and fornication become widespread, and the Hereafter is sold for the worldly life. If you see that, then flee, flee!"?
• What is the correct understanding of the hadith "Gifts to officials are ill-gotten gain" in the context of a female teacher accepting a gift from her students after she had first given them gifts, and does this contradict the love of the students or is it ill-gotten gain?
• What is the ruling on paying a sum of money for employment out of necessity? Is this sum considered a bribe? And is it permissible to pay a bribe when one is compelled to do so?
• Does the penalty mentioned in the verse: "Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and in the Hereafter is a great punishment" apply to financial corruption?
• What is the ruling on a doctor taking money in exchange for prescribing a specific medication to patients, given that the medication is effective, suitable for their condition, and inexpensive, especially since there are fatwas describing this act as deceit and betrayal? If the money is unlawful, what should the female doctor do to repent, and what is the ruling on money acquired through bribery after repentance?
• What is the ruling on paying "baksheesh" or money to facilitate commercial transactions, such as winning bids, obtaining good merchandise, or favorable prices, knowing that not paying may lead to the obstruction of interests or deception?
• What is the ruling on my working as a presenter for a channel that features intermingling [of sexes] and unveiled women, given that my work requires me to interview female personalities? And is the salary earned from this work unlawful?
• What is the ruling of Islamic law on paying a commission to a responsible employee to obtain requests for administrative car supplies, which is a common practice in the profession?
• What is the ruling on working in a job where corruption and bribery are widespread, while being unable to change this wrongdoing or leave the job?

• Is the furniture and furnishings received from the money of a father who dealt in bribery considered unlawful (haram)? And is there a way to purify these possessions? What must the children and wife do if they know that the father's money is unlawful? And what is the ruling on the small amount of money that is now being received from him through the judiciary?
• What is the ruling on offering a sum of money to a government employee to expedite a very urgent transaction, with the belief that it is a bribe, and can atonement be made for that later?
• Is it permissible to award a tender to a company owned by a relative in exchange for a percentage of its profits without the knowledge of the parent company?
• Is it permissible to pay a bribe to get a job in a company that hires no one except through it, knowing that the company does not choose the most competent and that the hiring conditions do not fully apply to me?
• Is dealing with government projects through direct purchase or direct assignment, which involves invitations to certain individuals, influence from those in positions of power, and personal demands such as partnership or a percentage, considered Islamically permissible, or does it fall under the ruling of bribery, knowing that the person does not receive any money until after the award and completion of works? And what is the ruling on requesting partnership by paying a sum of money or providing liquidity?
