Is it permissible to justify killing any person in our current era who fits the description of the boy killed by the righteous servant mentioned in Surat Al-Kahf, under the pretext that he might burden his righteous parents in the future?

What Al-Khidr (peace be upon him) did, such as killing the disbelieving boy and scuttling the ship, was by divine revelation, as stated in His Almighty's saying: "And I did not do it of my own accord." The intellect cannot interfere with the actions of Allah, nor can it oppose His judgments. People of falsehood have exploited the story of Al-Khidr to justify their false claims, and therefore, it is necessary to believe in his prophethood, as Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar said, to block their path. Al-Nawawi clarifies that Al-Khidr's killing of the boy was by a special divine command, and no one is permitted to use this story as an argument for killing children, unless they have the same divine command.
