As for the phrase "Al-Masīḥ Ad-Dajjāl" (The False Messiah), there is no harm in using it to distinguish him from the Messiah, Jesus, peace be upon him. Indeed, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, named the Dajjāl "Al-Masīḥ Ad-Dajjāl."
