What should a religiously committed girl do, who is suffering from a spell that has hindered her life and marriage, and has been afflicted with an intense love for someone she cannot forget, and has fallen ill because of this love?

To get rid of evil and forgetfulness, it is recommended to supplicate frequently and persistently, seeking out the times when supplications are answered. It is also recommended to continue with ruqyah ash-shar'iyyah by reciting Surat al-Fatihah over Zamzam water. Additionally, it is advised to give charity, adhere to the prescribed adhkar (remembrances) and ta'awwudhat (invocations for protection), and to read or listen to Surat al-Baqarah in the house every three days. For recovery from (forbidden) love, one must seek help from Allah, turn towards worship, strive in obedience to fill the heart with the love of Allah, and choose righteous companionship.
