Marriage is the best guidance for two people in love, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is nothing like marriage for two who love each other." Marriage does not prevent the completion of studies, and a guardian should not prevent his ward's marriage for this reason. If the guardian insists on refusing, the girl can refer her case to the Sharia judge to marry her off, for the ruler is the guardian of one who has no guardian. If you are unable to marry her, then look for someone else, for perhaps Allah will replace her with someone better for you, and do not despair, as Allah Almighty says: "But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah knows, while you know not." As for the judicial procedures, you can inquire about them from someone who has knowledge.
