Is it permissible to give charity on behalf of the owner of a compromised business account if he refuses compensation, and will Allah forgive the perpetrator and the account owner?

It is not permissible to hack social media accounts and sell them, because it involves aggression and consuming people's wealth unjustly. It is obligatory to seek forgiveness from the account owner for anyone who has done this. If direct forgiveness is not possible, then the value of the account must be given to the account owner by any possible means. As for giving the money in charity, this is only permissible when the rightful owner is unknown or cannot be reached.
