Is it permissible to distribute the remaining amount in the financial fund to the poor and needy with the intention of charity, for fear of being accused of theft if I transfer it to the company's account?

The amount must be returned to the workplace by any possible means because it is not permissible to keep it or to give it away in charity, as it constitutes a betrayal of trust and an encroachment on the company's funds. This is also in accordance with the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "The hand is responsible for what it took until it returns it."
