Is excessive sexual desire during sleep, accompanied by continuous purity, considered a demonic touch or a psychological state?

It is recommended to maintain the prescribed morning and evening remembrances (adhkar) and those before sleep, to frequently remember Allah with a present heart, and to supplicate with the prescribed prayers for chastity, purity of heart, and safeguarding one's private parts. Also, one should seek refuge in Allah from the evil of hearing, sight, tongue, heart, and semen. One must exert utmost effort to reduce lust by avoiding stimulating foods, getting married, frequently observing voluntary fasts, maintaining ritual purity (tahara), and consulting doctors to diagnose one's health condition and request foods that do not incite lust. It is also advised to lower one's gaze and avoid associating with evil people.
