What is the authenticity of the narration from Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) regarding raising the hands once in prayer?

This narration is flawed in two ways:

Firstly: It contradicts what is authentically reported from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), both as a Prophetic tradition (marfu') and as his own statement (mawquf). It is authentically reported from him in Sahihayn and other collections that he would raise his hands when saying the takbir for bowing, and when rising from it, and when standing up after the two rak'ahs.

Secondly: This narration is unique to Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash, and there are criticisms concerning him, as his memory deteriorated in his later life, and he would make mistakes and contradict others. He has been contradicted regarding this hadith.

Scholars have ruled that Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash made an error in this hadith, among them Imam Al-Bukhari, because what is authentically established from Mujahid and others is the raising of the hands.
