Is the Hadith mentioned in Ibn Majah, which states that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to raise his hands with every Takbir, including when going down for projuding, between the two prostrations, and when rising after prostration, fabricated? And what is its ruling, especially since what is mentioned on the website is raising the hands in only four instances?

There are four instances for raising the hands in prayer: upon the opening takbir ( takbirat al-ihram), upon bowing ( ruku'), upon rising from bowing, and when standing up from the first tashahhud. This is what the Shafi'is and Hanbalis have agreed upon, and it is a mutawatir (concurrently reported) tradition from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and the Companions. As for raising the hands with every lowering and raising, it is not authentically reported from any of the Companions. Rather, what is correct is the takbir (saying "Allahu Akbar") with every lowering and raising. Scholars have differed on reconciling Ibn Umar's hadith, which negates raising the hands during prostration, with ahadith that affirm raising them during prostration. Some preferred that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to raise them occasionally, while the majority leaned towards preferring not raising them, as this is what is preserved in both narration and understanding, and they deemed the narrations of raising them to be shadhdh (anomalous).
