What is the ruling on looking at a phone screen during prayer to turn it off, and does it invalidate the prayer?

The prayer is not invalidated by taking out the mobile phone and turning it off, nor by intentionally looking at the caller ID without turning the face away from the Qiblah, but it is disliked. However, if this is accompanied by excessive action that is outside the norm, then the prayer is invalidated.
