How can a person dispel sexual fantasies and thoughts that come to mind, especially after viewing forbidden content and having those images imprinted in their mind, in fulfillment of Allah Almighty’s saying: “And let those who find not the means to marry keep themselves chaste, until Allah enriches them from His bounty”?

Whoever becomes a hostage to sexual fantasies should lighten the matter for himself, and recall that this is from the wiles and whisperings of Satan, and that "the wiles of Satan have ever been weak." A believer is strong through his faith, so he should turn to his Lord with supplication and ask for well-being. He must also strive to acquire every means that protects the soul from incitements to lust, including lowering the gaze, occupying his time with what is beneficial, and being keen on the company of the righteous while avoiding the wicked.
