What are the solutions to avoid women?

The solution to avoiding girls and becoming attached to them is marriage, for it is more lowering to the gaze and more chastening to the private parts. For those who cannot, they should fast, for it is a shield for them. Also, lowering the gaze, as Allah Almighty says: "Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do." Furthermore, one should avoid mixing with girls and speaking with them, and shun places where they are present.
