How do we perform 'Umrah from Jizan, but by plane?

The pilgrim coming from Jizan should enter into a state of ihram (definition) from the miqat (definition) of the people of Yemen, "Yalamlam," when passing by it or aligning with it, whether by plane or by land. It is permissible to prepare for ihram by performing ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) and wearing the rida' (upper garment) and izar (lower garment) from home or the airport, then entering into ihram at the miqat. If one enters into ihram from home or the airport, their ihram is valid, and they are obligated to avoid the prohibitions of ihram. Ibn Qudamah narrated the consensus of scholars that whoever enters into ihram before the miqat becomes a muhrim (one in a state of ihram). Ibn Baz stated that one arriving by air or sea should enter into ihram when aligning with the miqat. Similarly, Al-Uthaymeen stipulated that whoever is on a plane and intends to perform Hajj or Umrah (definition) should wear the ihram garments before aligning with the miqat, and then make the intention immediately upon alignment. It is not permissible for him to delay entering into ihram until landing in Jeddah.
