Is a sudden unease towards a job, for which Istikhara prayer was performed three times and comfort was previously felt, an indication of its unsuitability?

Scholars have differed concerning what the one seeking guidance (al-mustakhir) should rely on after performing Istikhara. Some said he should do whatever happens (or is facilitated), while others said he should do whatever his heart inclines towards. The most accurate view is that the servant should proceed with his affair, for if it is good, Allah will make it easy for him, and if not, He will turn it away from him. Therefore, the lack of comfort regarding the job has no relation to Istikhara.
