Is not the singer's statement "Allah Ghalib, Allah Waqif" considered dangerous, and why is its circulation not restricted?

Scholars differ regarding naming Allah "al-Ghalib" (the Dominant). Some consider it one of His Names, as it appears in His saying: "And Allah is Dominant over His affairs." Others believe it is not one of Allah's Names because it does not appear in the form of a noun. As for the name "al-Waqif" (the Stander/Knower), there is no evidence from the Quran or Sunnah that it is one of Allah's Names. Naming Allah with it is considered apostasy (ilhad) in His Names, because Allah's Names are tawqifiyyah (revealed and not subject to human reasoning or derivation). Allah has warned those who commit apostasy in His Names by saying: "And leave those who deviate in [the matter of] His names. They will be recompensed for what they used to do." Therefore, it is incumbent upon those in authority to prevent this and other abominations and to utilize media outlets to educate the Ummah. Muslims, for their part, must avoid abominations, enjoin good, and forbid evil.
